WHO: Executive Chef Max Peterson of Hemenway’s of the Newport Restaurant Group is presenting a unique giveaway to liven up the workplace.
WHAT: Hemenway’s Restaurant, a Providence classic that boasts time-honored recipes and ocean-fresh seafood, is calling all career climbers to impress the boss and get an early start on the weekend with the Office Raw Bar Giveaway. Throughout the month of March, guests have the opportunity to enter to win the Office Raw Bar Giveaway. Interested parties simply leave their business card at the restaurant or visit the Hemenway’s website to be entered to win this catered affair for 25 people, complete with a raw bar attendant, oysters, and champagne. The winner can enjoy this party in the comfort of the office or plan an outing at the restaurant. This unique opportunity will give everyone at the workplace a reason to celebrate.

WHEN: Giveaway is available to enter throughout the month of March; the winner will be chosen in early April.
AVVIO'S CHICKEN MILANESE
6 oz. panko breaded chicken
1 oz. extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
1/4 oz. shaved red onion
2 oz. halved grape tomatoes
1/4 oz. shaved grana padano
4 fz. canola oil
salt & pepper
1 1/2 oz. arugula
2 oz. lemon butter sauce (room temp. see below)
lemon butter sauce: 4oz. of butter with 2 oz. of lemon juice
Heat canola oil in a large saute pan.
Add chicken to hot oil and pan fry until it is golden brown on both sides.
Remove chicken from pan and onto a sizzle platter, finish in oven if needed.
In a stainless steel bowl, mix arugula, EVOO, salt, pepper, tomato, and red onion.
On large oval plate, add 2 oz. of lemon butter sauce (room temp).
Remove chicken from oven and place on large oval plate, place arugula salad over chicken.
Garnish with shaved grana..
